Common questions

Do I need to be an expert to mentor?
No — most mentors are 5–15 year professionals. We match by industry, function and availability, and provide a mentor kit.
Can I volunteer from outside India?
Yes for remote roles (mentoring, mock interviews, story writing, pro-bono). On-ground roles need India presence.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes — after 20+ hours of verified engagement, we issue a digital certificate and LinkedIn recommendation.
What is the minimum commitment?
Most roles ask for 2–6 hours a month over 3–6 months. Event volunteering is single-day.
